We’re Hiring | Cross-Border Trade & Supply Chain Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to build and manage cross-border trade, import, logistics and fulfilment operations across the USA, UAE, UK and EU

.

This role is suited for someone who has hands-on experience in international trade and understands the complete movement of goods from the manufacturer to the destination market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Importer of Record (IOR)

solutions across the USA, UAE, UK and EU

• Coordinate and manage customs clearance and import processes

• Develop cross-border freight and shipping workflows

• Identify and manage warehousing, 3PL and fulfilment partners

• Manage import and fulfilment requirements for marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart

• Build relationships with IOR partners, customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses and logistics providers

• Prepare country-specific SOPs, checklists and operating processes

• Understand and calculate landed costs, duties, logistics costs and commercial structures

- Evaluate and negotiate with logistics and fulfilment partners
- Build scalable processes for managing multiple international shipments and markets
- Track shipments, documentation, customs status, warehouse movement and fulfilment timelines
- Identify operational risks and resolve issues related to imports, customs, logistics and delivery

Experience Required





• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international trade, cross-border logistics, supply chain, import/export or fulfilment

• Strong understanding of customs clearance, shipping documentation, freight forwarding and import processes

• Experience working with IOR models, customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs and warehouses

• Experience handling international shipments across one or more of the following markets: USA, UAE, UK or EU

• Understanding of Amazon, Walmart or marketplace fulfilment operations would be preferred

- Ability to create SOPs, operating systems and process documentation
- Robust commercial understanding of freight, warehousing, duties, customs and landed-cost calculations

• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG or e-commerce would be an advantage

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can independently build and manage the operational structure, not just coordinate individual shipments.

The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, process-driven, comfortable working with multiple international partners and capable of setting up systems that can scale.
