Role Description This is a full time remote role for a CRM Intern at Happy Living. The CRM Intern will support the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems, ensuring client data is accurate, organized, and up to date. Day-to-day tasks include updating CRM records, tracking interactions, generating basic reports, and assisting in segmenting customers for outreach and follow-ups.

The intern will collaborate with sales and wellness teams to improve client communication workflows and support ongoing engagement initiatives.



The role also involves contributing to small projects that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with internal teams and clients.
- Interest or experience in Sales and customer support to assist in nurturing leads and client relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and comfort working with databases.
- Basic Project Management abilities to help plan, prioritize, and track tasks across multiple initiatives.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating reliably with a distributed team.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in mental health and wellness and a client-centric mindset.
