We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell our products or services. Your ultimate goal will be to drive client loyalty, increase customer retention, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
