Job Title : Zoho CRM & Automation Expert About Us: We are a rapidly growing organic D2C brand based in Surat, dedicated to bringing traditional, chemical-free food products to our customers. We are looking for a tech-savvy Zoho Specialist to streamline our operations and build a highly automated ecosystem.

About the Role: We need an expert to lead the end-to-end setup and management of our Zoho architecture. While the long-term vision is to leverage the full power of the Zoho One suite (50 apps) to automate our entire D2C operations, your primary and immediate focus will be the comprehensive implementation and optimization of Zoho CRM .

Key Responsibilities: Zoho CRM Implementation (Primary Focus): Customize and manage Zoho CRM from scratch. Design custom modules, layouts, fields, and advanced blueprints to perfectly align with our sales and customer journey. D2C Automation: Build robust automation rules and workflows within the CRM to eliminate manual data entry, streamline lead tracking, and improve response times.

Seamless Integrations: Connect Zoho CRM with our core e-commerce tech stack, including Shopify,



communication tools (WhatsApp Business API), marketing channels (Meta Ads), and logistics partners.

Zoho One Expansion: Strategize and execute the phased rollout of other critical Zoho One applications (such as Zoho Inventory, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Books, or Zoho Desk) to support business scaling. Reporting & Analytics: Build custom dashboards and reports to track sales metrics, customer retention, and overall business performance in real-time.

Requirements: Proven, hands-on experience in Zoho CRM setup, customization, and daily administration. Strong understanding of the broader Zoho One ecosystem and how to integrate its various applications effectively.

Experience with third-party API integrations (e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and WhatsApp automation). Prior experience working with D2C, retail, or e-commerce brands is a major advantage. A problem-solving mindset with a core focus on maximizing efficiency through business automation.
