Role Description The Creative Strategist & Content Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading brand and content strategy across digital channels. This role oversees the development of creative concepts, campaign narratives, and content plans that align with client objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include guiding creative direction for video, social media, and web projects; briefing and collaborating with designers, writers, and videographers; and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and impact.

The role also involves conducting audience and market research, shaping brand messaging, presenting strategic recommendations to clients, and optimizing content performance based on analytics and feedback.

Strategist & Content Director will mentor team members, manage timelines and priorities, and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead integrated campaigns and oversee end-to-end content execution.
- Strong Brand Strategy capabilities to define positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual/tonal guidelines for diverse clients.
- Excellent Writing skills for crafting clear, compelling copy across formats, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
- Solid Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends, and to translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies, ideally with a portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film, or a related field; equivalent qualified experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and basic analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
