We’re Hiring | Creative & Social Media Intern
Hooc AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Creative & Social Media Intern to join our team at our office in Noida Sector 63.
This role is suited for someone with a strong interest in graphic design, social media, content creation, and digital marketing, who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute directly to our brand and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design high-quality creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Develop social media posts, carousels, banners, promotional materials and marketing assets.
- Create visual content for campaigns, product launches and other business initiatives.
- Support the development of presentations, pitch decks and other company materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual communication.
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain content calendars.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling and publishing.
- Research industry trends, competitors and emerging content formats.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Content & Marketing Support
- Assist in writing LinkedIn posts, blogs, product updates and marketing content.
- Convert business and product ideas into engaging content.
- Conduct research for marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
- Support the team in developing marketing and promotional materials.
Business & Documentation Support
- Assist with proposals, presentations and client-facing documents.
- Support basic business documentation and agreement formatting.
- Assist with market research and other business development initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Strong interest in graphic design, social media and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to research, learn and execute independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite startup environment.
Preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with video/reel editing.
- Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- Experience in content writing or copywriting.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
