You take a spark /n and make it a deck, a concept note, a script or a cut - often all in the same week.

You /n move fluidly between formats: a music video today, a teaser tomorrow, a factual series /n pitch the day after. /n /n What You Will Do:



/n ● Develop concepts and stories for factual entertainment formats /n ● Build compelling pitch decks and treatment documents /n ● Write scripts for short form edits, teasers and promos /n ● Sit on edits with editors and shape cuts hands on /n ● Switch between formats and tones without losing sharpness /n ● Use AI tools across the development pipeline - research, writing, visualisation /n /n What We Need: /n ● 4-5+ years in film, TV, digital content or factual entertainment /n ● Strong writing and storytelling instincts /n ● Proficiency with deck making (Keynote, Google Slides or similar) /n ● Basic editing ability (Premiere Pro or similar) /n ● Fluency with AI tools for creative work /n ● Portfolio depth over job titles - show us work you drove end to end /n ● Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru /n ● Hardworking, sharp, self driven
