Job Overview

Tattva Creations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Head to support and enhance our creative vision. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the creative team, ensuring all content aligns with brand strategy, business objectives, and audience engagement. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, creative expertise, and strategic thinking to drive impactful campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Creative Director in developing and executing a compelling creative vision for Tattva Creations and its clients.
- Assist in leading and mentoring a team of designers and creative professionals to produce high-quality, cutting-edge work.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity, audience engagement, and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in similar projects.
- Graduate Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior creative role within a marketing, media, advertising, or design agency.




- Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, storytelling, and campaign development.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in guiding creative teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- In-depth understanding of marketing, branding, communication, and digital media trends.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business strategy and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agencies.
- Experience working on large-scale communication, media, branding, or marketing projects.
- Strong network of creative professionals and industry connections.
- Experience in managing client-facing projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
