About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer + Reels Editor who can independently manage creative requirements and support the end-to-end social media presence for Tamil Nadu.

This role requires someone who is not only good at designing but also understands local content, social media trends, reels, marketing communication, and campaign planning. We are looking for a mature professional who can take ownership from idea → planning → design/editing → publishing support → final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media posts, campaign creatives, posters and advertisements.
- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Shorts and marketing videos.
- Design skilled brochures, PPTs, company pitch decks, leaflets and marketing collateral.
- Use AI design and content tools effectively while ensuring every output has a professional human touch and fine finishing.
- Plan and execute the Tamil Nadu social media content calendar.
- Develop content around Tamil Nadu audiences, local trends, festivals, cities and regional opportunities.
- Handle social media creative planning from concept to final execution.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, shoots, offers and regional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline creatives.
- Ensure strong attention to spelling, typography, layout, alignment and final finishing.
- Understand trends and quickly convert them into relevant reels and social media content.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, social media creatives and video/reel editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent professional tools.
- Good understanding of Canva and modern AI creative tools.
- Strong portfolio in reels, social media posts, brochures, presentations and marketing creatives.
- Ability to independently plan and execute multiple creative requirements.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current reel/content trends.
- Excellent attention to detail with professional-level finishing.

Language Requirements

Mandatory

- Tamil — professional speaking, reading and writing
- English — professional working proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
