About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, execution-focused Creative Designer & Social Media Executive who can independently manage creative requirements and support the end-to-end social media presence for Odisha.

This role requires someone who goes beyond designing. The candidate should understand Odisha’s local audience, culture, regional trends, social media behaviour, reels, marketing communication and campaign planning.

We are looking for a mature professional who can take ownership of the complete creative journey — Idea → Planning → Design/Editing → Publishing Support → Final Execution.

Role Description

- The Creative Designer & Social Media Executive - Odisha role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves conceptualizing and designing creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing collateral aligned with RENGY’s brand and mission.
- The team member will plan and execute social media content calendars, manage posts across platforms, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate complex solar concepts in simple, engaging visual formats.
- Daily responsibilities include creating graphics and short-form content, optimizing designs for different platforms, monitoring engagement metrics, and iterating based on performance and feedback. The role also involves staying updated on design and social media trends, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting campaigns targeted at homeowners and regional audiences in Odisha.

Qualifications
- Strong creative design abilities, with experience in Creative Design and Branding for digital and social media campaigns.
- 2.5+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, social media creatives and video/reel editing.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design,



including Graphics creation for posts, ads, and marketing materials.
- Experience with Web Design and related visual design standards for landing pages and online assets.
- Skilled in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content best practices.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling storytelling, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in marketing, social media, or design; a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy or sustainability sector, and comfort working with regional content for Odisha, is an advantage.

EducationBachelor’s degree is mandatory. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
