Harman Finochem Ltd. is looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our Chemical Research & Development (CRD) – API R&D; team at Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

Qualification

- M.Sc. – Chemistry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Support laboratory activities related to API R&D; / process development.
- Handling and preparation of laboratory samples, solutions and reagents.
- Perform laboratory experiments as per approved procedures and instructions.
- Maintain proper laboratory records, observations and documentation.
- Handle laboratory instruments and equipment as per SOPs.




- Support analytical testing and coordination with the Analytical Development team.
- Follow GMP, GLP, EHS and laboratory safety requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping and proper 5S practices in the laboratory.
- Ensure proper handling, labelling and storage of chemicals and samples.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Organic Chemistry / API R&D; processes.
- Understanding of laboratory safety and GMP/GLP practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work in a laboratory/R&D; setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
