Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Assist customers at the sales counter and showcase suitable imitation jewelry designs and collections. Explain product features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details clearly.
Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, occasion, and requirements. Assist customers in making purchase decisions and handle their queries professionally. Maintain proper product display, presentation, and arrangement at the counter.
Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and customer requirements. Handle imitation jewelry products carefully while showing and arranging them. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and showroom area.
Follow company guidelines, discipline, and customer service standards.
Requirements 12th Pass or Graduation. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with valuable communication and customer-handling skills can also apply.
Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or counter sales will be an advantage. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
