We are looking for a Cost Manager – Commercial & Interiors to manage cost planning, estimation, budgeting and commercial activities for workplace and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project cost planning, estimation and budgeting.
- Prepare and review BOQs, rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Track project costs against approved budgets.
- Review vendor and contractor quotations.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Support tendering and commercial negotiations.
- Manage variations, change orders and cost impacts.
- Conduct market benchmarking and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Projects and Commercial teams.
- Identify and manage project cost risks.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Strong experience in Commercial Interiors, Workplace or Design & Build projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, budgeting, rate analysis and cost control.
- Experience in vendor/contractor commercial evaluation and negotiations.
- Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Comfortable working 5 days a week from office.
