Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cost and Management Accountant role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing, analyzing, and monitoring cost reports and budgets to support effective decision-making and cost control. The accountant will review financial statements, manage accruals, and ensure accurate recording of transactions in line with accounting standards and internal policies.

Daily responsibilities include variance analysis, cost allocation, supporting management reporting, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to optimize profitability. The role also includes assisting with periodic audits,



improving cost management processes, and maintaining organized financial documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of core accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and Accruals, including preparation, review, and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and present clear insights.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting or ERP software.
- Professional qualification such as CMA, CA (inter), or equivalent, or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cost accounting methods, budgeting, and management reporting will be beneficial.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
