Opening: Branded Content & Creative Strategy

Times Influence is looking for a curious, culturally aware and commercially sharp content professional who can think beyond the brief and turn business challenges into compelling campaigns and IPs. We are looking for someone who understands brands as well as audiences, business as well as culture, and strategy as well as storytelling.

The role requires a strong mix of ideation, writing, presentation and execution across branded content campaigns and original IPs.

What You’ll Do

- Conceptualise and develop branded content campaigns, original IPs and integrated content solutions across television, digital, social and on-ground platforms.
- Understand client briefs and translate business objectives into strong, sellable creative ideas.
- Create high-quality pitch decks, from research and insight to idea, format, amplification and execution.
- Present pitches confidently to clients, sales teams and internal stakeholders, and articulate the thinking behind an idea.
- Ideate and develop content shows, video series, branded films, digital formats, podcasts, short-form videos and special programming.
- Write and develop scripts, show flows, episode structures, campaign films, anchor scripts and other branded storytelling formats.
- Research consumer behaviour, data, trends, news and pop culture to identify fresh opportunities for brands.
- Have a strong understanding of business and economic news as well as general news and current affairs, and know how to use topicality intelligently without compromising editorial sensibility.
- Work across B2B and B2C briefs, adapting the tone and treatment according to the audience and platform.
- Collaborate closely with sales, editorial, production, digital, social, design and video teams to take ideas from pitch to execution.
- Help develop repeatable,



scalable and monetisable content IPs for Times Influence.
- Be hands-on with AI and GenAI tools for research, ideation, scripting, visualisation, presentations and iteration, while retaining originality, judgement and human creativity.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of experience in branded content, content strategy, media, advertising, digital content or an integrated creative environment.
- Must have previously worked on branded campaigns and content IPs, preferably from conceptualisation through execution.
- Strong ideation and storytelling ability with the capacity to think beyond obvious solutions.
- Excellent writing and scripting skills across multiple formats.
- Strong command over PowerPoint/Canva and presentation design, with a positive visual sense.
- Ability to build and present compelling pitches independently.
- A keen interest in pop culture, creators, entertainment, social trends, brands and emerging content formats.
- Strong awareness of business, economy, news and current affairs.
- Ability to handle multiple briefs and work comfortably in a fast-paced newsroom and commercial environment.
- Hands-on understanding of AI-led creative and content workflows.
- Most importantly, a willingness to learn, experiment and evolve. We are looking for someone who is curious, open to feedback and excited about learning new tools, formats, industries, and ways of storytelling.
