About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who can turn ideas into engaging content. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, content creation, scripting, and creative execution. This role involves working closely with the team from concept development to the final content output.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate fresh and innovative content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, videos, and brand initiatives.
- Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to develop relevant concepts.
- Write scripts, storylines, and content briefs for videos, reels, and branded content.
- Create content structures, shot ideas, and creative approaches for video production.
- Collaborate with creators, designers, videographers, and editors to bring concepts to life.
- Guide the creative execution of shoots and ensure content aligns with the original vision.
- Provide editing references, storytelling direction, and feedback during post-production.
- Review final content to ensure quality, creativity, and brand consistency.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns and content series.

Requirements

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good scriptwriting and content planning abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of video production and editing workflows.
- Ability to visualize content from concept to final output.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience creating personal content, college projects, internships, or freelance work is a plus.
- Ability to create mood boards, content references, and creative presentations.
