CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER

Job Title: Corporate Affairs Manager

Department: Corporate Affairs / Administration

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5–10 Years

Reporting To: Senior Management / Managing Director

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Corporate Affairs Manager to manage corporate communications, government and regulatory relationships, statutory coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative affairs.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the company, government authorities, regulatory bodies, external stakeholders, business partners, and internal departments while supporting the company's corporate reputation and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Government & Regulatory Liaison

- Maintain professional relationships with government departments, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and statutory agencies.
- Coordinate approvals, permits, licenses, NOCs, and other regulatory requirements.
- Follow up with authorities on applications, submissions, renewals, and approvals.
- Monitor changes in government rules, regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.

1. Corporate Affairs

- Manage day-to-day corporate affairs activities and external stakeholder coordination.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings with government officials, institutions, associations, and business partners.
- Coordinate with senior management on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Prepare official letters, applications, representations, and correspondence.

1. Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain proper records of licenses, registrations, approvals, certificates, agreements, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, project,



and other departments for compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal and submission of required documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, financial institutions, professional advisors, and other business partners when required.
- Handle corporate meetings, official visits, and external communications.

1. Corporate Communication

- Assist management in preparing official communications and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate communication with external organizations and institutions.
- Support corporate events, meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business functions.
- Maintain a professional image and reputation of the organization.

1. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with different departments to collect information required for government, regulatory, and corporate submissions.
- Track pending matters and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates for senior management.
- Support management in resolving corporate and administrative issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- Master's degree / MBA / relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.




- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Liaison, Administration, Compliance, Real Estate, Construction, or a related industry.

Preferred Experience Experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property development sector will be preferred.

- Timely renewal of licenses and statutory documents.
- Reduction of delays in regulatory and administrative matters.
- Accuracy and completeness of corporate documentation.
- Effective resolution and follow-up of external matters.
- Quality and professionalism of corporate communication.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be skilled, well-connected, confident, responsible, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple corporate and regulatory matters while maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
