Role Description This is a full-time, in office Corporate Affairs role based in Kolkata.
The Corporate
Affairs skilled will manage corporate communications, including drafting and disseminating press releases, corporate announcements, and internal communications.
Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with media and external stakeholders, supporting public affairs initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company’s brand and values. The role also involves monitoring industry developments, preparing communication materials for leadership, coordinating events or briefings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sustainability, regulatory,
and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Corporate Affairs and Public Affairs, with experience managing stakeholder relationships and external engagements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Corporate Communications skills to craft clear, consistent, and impactful messages for internal and external audiences.
- Candidates should possess experience developing and managing Press Releases and related media materials, including coordination with press and media agencies.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in creating professional reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in high-visibility situations.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is beneficial, especially with exposure to regulatory, sustainability, or ESG-related communications.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
