Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and consumer-focused Copywriter to develop high-performing communication for existing customers. The role requires someone who can turn customer insights and campaign briefs into sharp, engaging communication that encourages customers to take action.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Copywriting

- Write customer communication across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other CRM channels.
- Develop solid, attention-grabbing hooks.
- Write concise and persuasive campaign messages and CTAs.
- Create copy for offers reactivation, frequency, loyalty, referrals, and customer journeys.

Customer-Specific Communication

- Understand the audience and objective behind every campaign.
- Adapt messaging for different customer segments and behaviors.
- Maintain each client’s brand tone and communication style.
- Avoid generic and repetitive CRM messaging.

Testing & Optimisation

- Develop copy variants for A/B testing.
- Review campaign performance to understand which messaging works.
- Apply learnings from previous campaigns to future communication.
- Build reusable copy frameworks and communication libraries.

Internal Collaboration





- Partner with Marketing Strategists to understand campaign intent.
- Partner with Designers to ensure copy and visual work together.
- Incorporate client feedback while retaining communication effectiveness.
- Deliver copy within agreed campaign timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field
- 2–4 years of copywriting/content experience
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong short-form and conversational writing ability
- Ability to write catchy hooks without becoming gimmicky.
- Ability to adapt tone across brands and customer segments.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience writing WhatsApp/CRM communication.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour
- Hinglish/regional language capability is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance-led copywriting
- Strong attention to detail
