Role Description The Content Writer will create transparent, engaging, and technically accurate content that supports Dwinsoft’s integration, consulting, and product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics related to enterprise integration, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and cloud technologies, and developing web pages, blog posts, case studies, marketing collateral, and internal documentation. The role involves collaborating with technical teams and leadership to translate complex concepts into accessible, audience-focused content aligned with brand guidelines and content strategy.

Writer will also review and revise existing materials for consistency, quality, and SEO optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paramathi Velur

Qualifications

- Should have 2 years of Experience in Content Writing
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for digital platforms and technical topics.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan, structure, and substantiate high-quality content.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience writing for technology, SaaS, or enterprise integration domains (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic content management systems is beneficial.
