Role Description The Content Writer role at BTB Venture Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, the Content Writer will create clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and sales collateral that support B2B demand generation and outbound sales initiatives. The role involves conducting research on target industries, buyer personas, and global markets to develop content that aligns with client go-to-market strategies and ABM programs.

Writer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to refine messaging, ensure consistency across channels, and optimize content for lead generation and enterprise appointment setting. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing copy, maintaining content calendars, adapting content based on performance analytics, and adhering to brand and style guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to develop clear, concise, and compelling B2B marketing and sales content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan content that supports demand generation, ABM, and market expansion initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
- Excellent command of written English and the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different industries, buyer personas, and global markets.
- Experience creating content for B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, or skilled services organizations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, account-based marketing, and outbound sales enablement is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism
