Role

As a Content Strategist & Content Producer, you'll be the working on AI video projects for some of the country's leading consumer brands. You'll take a brief from first insight to finished film: the idea, the script, the creative direction, and the quality bar behind all three.

1. Strategy & ideas

- Break down client briefs into a sharp insight, a explicit message, and a creative direction the team can rally behind.
- Research consumers, categories, and competitors to find the angle actually worth making.
- Develop film concepts, campaign ideas, and content pillars across hero, hub, and hygiene content.

2. Writing

- Write scripts, VO, supers, hooks, and on-screen copy for product promo films, concept films, and social-first content - from 6s bumpers to long-form brand films.
- Write in English and Hindi/Hinglish, adapting tone for every brand and platform.
- Work within brand guidelines and claim rules - approved language, product handling, disclaimers - without losing the idea.

3. Creative direction & production

- Brief AI artists, designers, and editors on mood, look, characters, pacing, and music - clearly enough that nobody has to come back and ask.
- Review every output - frames, cuts, VO, edits - give specific feedback, and know when something isn't ready to go out.
- Plan variants and adaptations (durations, formats, languages, platforms) from one core idea.

Clients & the learning loop

- Present scripts and concepts to clients, and work with the account team through feedback rounds.
- Use performance learnings (hook rate, watch time, CTR) to sharpen the next round of content.
- Keep a pulse on ad trends, platform formats, and what's new in AI filmmaking.

Who you are

- A storyteller first - you can make a 15-second script land, and you know what to cut.
- A visual thinker - you think in shots, frames, and pacing, not just words.
- Sharp on brands - you understand why consumers buy and what makes an ad stick.
- You can juggle multiple brands and tight turnarounds and still hold the quality bar.
- Curious about AI filmmaking - you want to help define how it's done, not just watch it happen.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a copywriter, creative, or content writer at an ad agency, content studio, or production house.
- A portfolio of scripts or films you've written - TVCs, digital films, social content, or brand videos.
- Strong written English and Hindi/Hinglish.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo or similar) is a strong plus.
- Experience with FMCG, food, personal care, or D2C brands is a plus.
- Based in Mumbai (this is a WFO role)
