Now we're looking for someone who lives on the internet and wants to turn that obsession into a real career.

About the Role

You'll be our Content & Social Media Intern — the person who writes the captions people screenshot, manages the handles people follow, and helps brands actually sound like humans on the internet.

Remote. Paid. 3 months. Full-time. Possible full time role after, if you crush it.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

- Write captions, hooks, carousel scripts, and reel copy for client social media handles
- Draft blog posts, website content, and long-form articles when required
- Research trends, references, and competitor content to inform creative direction
- Contribute ideas in campaign brainstorms for brand launches and content series

Social Media Management

- Manage client social media handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Schedule, post, and publish content as per approved monthly calendars
- Coordinate with designers and motion artists to brief and ship posts on time
- Handle community management, including replies to comments and direct messages
- Track post performance,



compile weekly and monthly reports, and contribute to content reviews
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current content formats
- Ability to adapt writing tone across different brand voices (luxury, premium, playful, conversational)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer is an added advantage
- Prior experience managing social media for a college club, personal brand, or freelance project is preferred

Eligibility

- Must have completed graduation
- No ongoing academic commitments during the internship period
- Available to work full time for the entire 3-month duration
