Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Marketing Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Content Marketing

Manager will plan, create, and manage content across digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and learner engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, drafting and editing blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and video scripts aligned with FACE Prep’s offerings. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and training teams to translate program benefits into compelling narratives and campaigns.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on data insights, oversee content distribution, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute content strategies, including editorial planning, audience segmentation, and campaign alignment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating clear, engaging content for blogs, social media, email, and web pages.
- Experience in digital marketing and content marketing, including SEO basics, social media management, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in research and insight gathering to understand learner needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Comfort with creative ideation, storytelling, and working with designers or video teams to produce multimedia content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or skills/placement training domains is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
