Infrasity is an engineering-led developer marketing and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) agency. We help DevTool and B2B SaaS companies get discovered by developers on Google, in AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), on GitHub, and in communities like Reddit.

Our clients build in infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AI/LLM tooling, security, and APIs. Their audience is engineers, who can tell real technical content from marketing fluff instantly. That's the bar we hold ourselves to.

The role

You'll own content strategy and editorial quality for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll plan what gets created and why, write the highest-priority pieces yourself, edit and QA the rest, and prove impact through rankings and AI citations. You'll work closely with our SEO/GEO, Reddit, influencer, and GitHub teams, and directly with client founders and marketing leads in the US and Europe.

What you'll do

- Own content roadmaps for 4–6 client accounts, including keyword and AI-prompt research, competitor gap analysis, and topic prioritisation across SEO, GEO/AEO, GitHub, and community channels.
- Write high-priority pieces yourself, and edit and QA work from writers. Formats include:
- blogs, pillar pages, and landing pages
- comparison ("X vs Y") and alternatives pages
- product docs, READMEs, and case studies
- video and creator scripts
- Structure every piece for both search and AI citation, using answer-first sections, FAQs, schema, clear entities, and strong internal linking.
- Get hands-on with client products: read the docs, run the quickstart, and test the code, so the content holds up with engineers.
- Use AI tools to research and draft faster, then fact-check, add technical depth, and cut the filler.
- Repurpose each piece into Reddit posts, creator briefs, and GitHub repo content, working with the respective teams.
- Track performance in GA4, Google Search Console,



Ahrefs, and Infrasity's GEO Dashboard. Metrics include rankings, organic traffic, AI citation rate, and share of voice. Report monthly with clear next actions.
- Manage async communication and review calls with overseas clients, and ship to the agreed cadence on time.
- Support the sales team with content audits and proposal sections for prospects.
- Contribute to Infrasity's own content, including our blog, newsletter, and research assets.

What we're looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or SEO, with a portfolio of published work. Internships count.
- Comfort with technical material. You can read API docs, use Git/GitHub and a terminal at a basic level, and write in Markdown. A CS or engineering background, or experience writing for developers, is a strong plus.
- Clear, concise writing and solid editorial judgment. You can tell substance from filler, including in AI-generated drafts.
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, GSC, and GA4, and the ability to turn data into a plan.
- Curiosity about GEO/AEO, meaning how AI assistants decide what to cite. We'll train you, and we expect you to own it within your first 30 days.
- The organisation to run multiple accounts in parallel, and the confidence to handle calls with overseas founders and marketing leads.
- Availability for some evening overlap with US/EU time zones.

What success looks like

- 1 week days: You're onboarded on our GEO workflow and tools, you own roadmaps for 2 accounts, and your first pieces have shipped.
- 30 days: You're running 4–6 accounts on cadence with minimal revision rounds.
- 45 days: You can show measurable movement in rankings or AI citations on at least one account.
