About the Role

We are looking for a Content Editor who enjoys working with words, understands social media, and has a good eye for what makes content interesting and easy to understand.

As a Content Editor at yesboss.ai , you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create, edit, and improve content across social media, websites, campaigns, and other communication channels.

What You’ll Do

- Edit and improve social media posts, captions, scripts, blogs, and website content.
- Create short-form content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Help write and edit Reels scripts, hooks, captions, and video content .
- Research topics and turn information into simple, engaging content.
- Proofread content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Understand what is working on social media and suggest new content ideas.
- Use AI tools to research, brainstorm, draft, and improve content while maintaining originality.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to turn ideas into publishable content.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content research and ideation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience with Canva or basic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience writing social media captions or video scripts.
- Understanding of short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare, technology, AI, or SaaS.
