About Dooritt

Real estate is still sold the same old way — brochures, property portals, endless site visits and sales pitches.

We’re changing that.

Dooritt is building a new way to experience real estate, combining AI, VR, immersive 360° experiences and content to make property discovery more exciting, visual and effortless.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can become one of the faces of Dooritt.

Someone who isn't afraid of the camera, loves being out in the field, can explain a property in an interesting way, and can turn a boring real estate project into content people actually want to watch.

What You'll Do

- Be the Face of Real Estate Content
- Visit real estate projects, construction sites, experience centres and property locations.
- Stand in front of the camera and explain projects in a clear, confident and engaging way.
- Create property walkthroughs and project explainers using 360° visualisations, VR and immersive content.
- Make complex real estate information simple, visual and entertaining.

- Create UGC & Short-Form Content

- Create engaging UGC-style videos, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Experiment with hooks, storytelling formats, trends, memes and viral concepts.
- Create content that feels natural rather than overly scripted or corporate.
- Be comfortable creating content both independently and with the Dooritt team.

- Travel & Explore

- Travel to different real estate projects and locations for shoots.
- Attend property launches, exhibitions, events and Dooritt activations.
- Experience projects first-hand and turn those experiences into content.




- Be comfortable spending time outside the office for shoots.

- Long-Form Content

- Build long-form property videos, project explainers and YouTube content.
- Develop teasers, trailers, walkthroughs and campaign films.
- Help develop recurring video series for Dooritt.
- Participate in scripting, shooting and ideation from concept to final video.

- Be Part of Dooritt Campaigns

- Become a recognizable face across Dooritt's campaigns.
- Feature in brand advertisements, promotional videos and social media campaigns.
- Represent Dooritt at events, launches and public activations.
- Help create a consistent personality and voice for Dooritt's content.

- Bring New IdeasWe don't want someone who waits for a brief.

We want someone who can say:

You'll be expected to

- Come up with current content formats.
- Identify emerging trends early.
- Develop creative hooks and concepts.
- Find interesting stories within real estate.
- Experiment with different styles of presenting.
- Constantly find ways to make Dooritt's content more engaging.

? What We're Looking For
- Confident in front of the camera
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent and comfortable in English and Hindi
- Presentable and camera-friendly personality
- Energetic, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Good storytelling ability




- Naturally curious and creative
- Comfortable travelling for shoots
- Understands Instagram, YouTube and short-form content
- Good sense of current internet culture and trends
- Willing to experiment and try new things
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Bonus Points
- Previous experience creating Reels/YouTube videos/UGC
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, automotive, travel or tech content
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar tools
- Comfortable using a teleprompter
- Previous on-camera/content creation experience
- Personal Instagram/YouTube/creator portfolio
