Role Description The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging digital content that supports Synnefo Solutions’ brand and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content topics, creating written and visual materials for websites and social media, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to translate complex IT concepts into clear, accessible content. The role also involves maintaining a consistent brand voice, optimizing content for audience engagement, and tracking basic performance metrics to refine future content.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and participation in internal discussions, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Experience producing social media posts, blog articles,



and basic marketing content that drive engagement and support organizational goals.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical or IT-related topics in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Basic familiarity with visual content creation tools (such as Canva, Figma, or similar) and an eye for simple design and layout.
- Good research and information-gathering skills to develop accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Communications, Media, English, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
