Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Script Writer based in Bengaluru.

The Script

Writer will develop scripts and screenplays for video content, including promotional videos, explainer content, corporate films, and social media campaigns. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with the creative and production teams, outlining narratives, writing and revising scripts, and adapting content to different formats and target audiences.



The role involves collaborating closely with video production professionals to ensure scripts are practical for filming and align with visual and audio requirements.

The Script

Writer will also participate in feedback sessions, refine dialogue and pacing, and maintain consistent tone and messaging across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for diverse video formats.
- Candidates should possess experience in crafting Screenplays and structured narrative arcs.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clear, engaging, and audience-focused content creation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes and collaboration with directors and editors.
- Strong command of English, including grammar, dialogue, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to interpret briefs, understand target audiences, and align scripts with brand goals.
- Comfort with working on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience writing scripts for digital, advertising, or corporate video content is an advantage.
