Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator (Children’s Books) role based in Jaipur.

The Content

Creator will develop age-appropriate stories, educational narratives, and engaging content for children’s books aligned with ToppersNotes’ learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include drafting and revising manuscripts, collaborating with illustrators and editors, and adapting complex educational concepts into simple, child-friendly formats. The role involves researching curricula and child learning patterns, structuring content to support foundational skills,



and ensuring consistency in tone, language, and educational outcomes.

The Content

Creator will also participate in content reviews, provide feedback on design and layout, and work closely with the product and academic teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and storytelling skills focused on children’s content, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for young readers.
- Experience in educational or curriculum-based content creation, especially for school-age children or exam-oriented learning materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with editors, designers, and subject matter experts in an on-site team setting.
- Attention to detail in language, structure, and formatting, with a commitment to accuracy and age-appropriate content.
- Understanding of child development, pedagogy, or learning psychology is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literature, Journalism, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in children’s publishing, edtech, or test-preparation content is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
