Vibescapes is a homegrown boutique hospitality house managing resorts, villas, restaurants and experiential stays across Maharashtra.

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Collaborations Executive based in Pune to become the in-house creative engine for Vibescapes.

This is a full-time, in-house role for someone who can create, shoot, edit, coordinate and execute — not just manage a content calendar.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for Vibescapes and its portfolio of properties, while building relationships with creators, influencers, photographers and relevant lifestyle brands.

You will spend your time between Pune and Vibescapes properties across Maharashtra, capturing the actual experience and turning it into content that drives awareness, enquiries and bookings.

Your Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, photos and short-form videos.

Shoot content independently using a smartphone/camera.

Create content around properties, rooms, food, experiences, events and destinations.

Develop fresh content ideas and trends relevant to hospitality and travel.

Build and maintain a solid content library for Vibescapes.

Video Editing

Independently edit Reels and short-form videos.

Handle music, transitions, text, subtitles, colour correction and pacing.

Repurpose existing footage into multiple content pieces.

Maintain a consistent Vibescapes visual identity.

Creator & Influencer Collaborations

Research and identify relevant travel, lifestyle, food, pet and luxury creators.

Reach out to creators and manage collaboration discussions.

Coordinate creator stays, deliverables and timelines.

Build a strong database/network of creators across Maharashtra and India.

Explore relevant brand collaborations and partnerships.

On-Ground Content

Regularly travel from Pune to Vibescapes properties for shoots.

Coordinate with property managers and teams for content requirements.

Capture real guest experiences, food,



events and behind-the-scenes moments.

Coordinate external photographers/videographers when required.

Content Planning

Maintain monthly content calendars.

Plan seasonal, promotional and property-specific campaigns.

Work with the Reservations and Sales teams to create content that drives bookings.

Identify opportunities for weekday, long-stay, corporate and experiential campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, hospitality, travel or lifestyle.

Strong Instagram and short-form video understanding.

Excellent Reel editing skills.

Comfortable shooting content independently.

Strong eye for aesthetics, composition and storytelling.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Highly proactive and execution-oriented.

Comfortable travelling regularly across Maharashtra.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Must-Have Skills

Shooting + Editing + Content Ideation + Creator Coordination

Experience with CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva / Lightroom or similar tools is preferred.
