Role Description The Construction Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for on-site construction activities in Madurai. This full-time role includes planning project scope, scheduling work, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

The Project

Manager will monitor budget and resource usage, track progress against milestones, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within cost. Daily responsibilities also include supervising quality of workmanship, preparing reports and documentation,



and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and site operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills for planning, execution, and delivery.
- Candidates should possess Project Coordination skills to align site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess Construction Management skills to oversee on-site operations, safety, and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial building works.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and standard construction practices in India.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
