About the RoleChickCoop Farm Private Limited is looking for a motivated Project Supervisor Intern to join our on-site team at our poultry hatchery development project in Mehrukhedi, Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.

This is a field-based role designed for someone who wants to develop practical experience in construction supervision, project coordination, procurement, contractor management and poultry infrastructure development. The selected candidate will work closely with the company's project and engineering team while learning to manage day-to-day activities at a live construction site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, fabricators, electricians, plumbers and suppliers.
- Maintain daily progress reports with photographs and site updates.
- Track labour attendance and work allocation.
- Monitor receipt, usage and availability of construction materials.
- Assist in checking work against drawings, BOQs and instructions provided by the project/engineering team.
- Maintain records of materials received and issued at the site.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery.
- Identify delays, shortages and site issues and immediately escalate them to the project team.
- Support implementation of site safety and housekeeping practices.
- Assist with measurements, documentation and verification of completed work.
- Coordinate remotely with ChickCoop's management and engineering team.
- Learn poultry hatchery infrastructure, equipment installation and commissioning processes.





Who Should ApplyCandidates pursuing or having completed a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline are preferred. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a strong interest in construction, field operations and project management may also apply.

You should be comfortable working full-time at a rural project location, interacting with workers and vendors, learning on the job and taking responsibility for day-to-day site coordination.

Freshers are welcome. Previous construction experience is not mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates willingness to learn, discipline and accountability.
