What Youll Do

We are looking for a skilled Consultant to join our team in Mumbai, focusing on Business Consulting and Risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, process improvement, business analysis, and process control.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential business risks.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor new processes and controls.
- Provide consulting support and guidance on risk management practices, internal controls, and process improvement.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with current business initiatives, projects, and operational changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessment reports, mitigation plans, process documentation, and management presentations.
- Monitor key risk indicators and support periodic reviews of business processes and controls.




- Assist clients and internal stakeholders in developing practical and sustainable solutions to business and operational challenges.
- Support ad-hoc consulting assignments, research, analysis, and other project requirements as needed.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
- Good understanding of industry regulations, standards, and business risk practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare structured reports and presentations.
- Candidates with prior experience in consulting, risk, audit, operations, or process improvement will be preferred.

Preferred:

- Experience in Internal Audit
- Qualification: CA, MBA, Masters, BAF, BMS
- 4+ Experience in same field
- Candidate from BIG 4, Genpact and Accenture
