Role Description Your Core Mandate:

- Build, train, and command a hyper-local network of 10-15 field surveyors across multiple Panchayats, Zones, Area.
- Ensure daily geo-tagged data collection and ground sentiment extraction.




- Act as the strategic bridge between the local cadre and our central command.

Must-Haves:

- Fluent in Odia and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Deep understanding of the local political terrain in Western Odisha.
- Prior experience in managing election campaigns, ground mobilization, or large-scale rural surveys.
- Ability to bring your own local network of reliable field workers.

Qualifications

- Experience in constituency management, cluster or territory planning, and coordinating field operations for campaigns, public affairs, or community initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and coalition-building with local leaders, partner organizations, and community groups.
- Ability to interpret basic data reports, segment constituencies, and use insights to guide targeting, outreach plans, and performance tracking.
- Competence in project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and on-the-ground problem solving.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for voter contact, field reporting, CRM, and campaign coordination; willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in a rapid-paced, high-stakes environment, including flexible hours aligned with campaign needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field.
