Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Oncologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with various types of cancers. The candidate will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, administering systemic therapies, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive cancer care.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat patients with solid and hematological malignancies.
- Develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.
- Conduct OPD consultations and inpatient oncology management.
- Monitor treatment response, side effects, and overall patient progress.
- Coordinate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists,



and radiologists for multidisciplinary cancer care.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plans, and side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical discussions, and academic activities.
- Ensure adherence to NABH protocols, ethical practices, and clinical guidelines.
- Stay updated with advancements in oncology treatments and therapies.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine.
- DM/DNB in Medical Oncology from a recognized institution.
- Valid NMC registration is mandatory.
- Fellowship or specialization in Hemato-Oncology, Immuno-Oncology, or related fields will be preferred.
