We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hardware & Paint Shop Operator to handle the day-to-day operations of our shop. The candidate should have practical experience in a hardware and paint shop and should be comfortable handling customers, billing, stock and purchase/sales entries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily shop counter operations and customer enquiries
- Prepare bills and quotations and handle purchase/sales entries
- Maintain stock records and check item availability
- Handle hardware and paint products, rates and basic product identification
- Manage customer orders and coordinate material dispatch
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Handle basic cash/payment-related entries
- Operate Vyapar or Tally for billing, stock and basic accounting entries




- Use MS Excel for maintaining daily records and reports
- Keep the shop records updated and assist in day-to-day shop management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Hardware & Paint Shop is required
- Working knowledge of Vyapar or Tally is required
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock management and purchase/sales entries
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Responsible, honest and willing to learn
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in hardware and paint shop operations will be preferred. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
