Role Description This is a full time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator role based in Ludhiana. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include selecting appropriate tools and materials, performing routine machine inspections, and adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy. The role involves measuring and checking finished components, documenting production data, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve issues. The CNC Operator is expected to follow safety procedures,



maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in machine operation, with proven ability to set up and run CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Experience in machining processes, including milling, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of quality control practices to inspect parts, identify defects, and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Hands-on familiarity with industrial machinery, including routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Prior experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, follow safety protocols, and collaborate effectively with production teams.
- Basic math skills and comfortable working with measurements, tolerances, and production documentation.
- Vocational training, diploma, or certificate in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
