Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, including coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress against plans, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within quality standards.

The Construction

Supervisor will conduct regular site inspections, enforce construction safety protocols, review drawings and specifications, and resolve on-site issues in coordination with project managers and architects. The role includes managing site documentation, reporting daily activities, communicating with stakeholders,



and ensuring materials and resources are available as needed. The individual is expected to maintain clear communication channels, promote protected working practices, and support timely, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

BE / Diploma (Civil Engineering)

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in Site Supervision.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality checking of construction work and materials.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Construction Safety standards and the ability to enforce safety protocols on site.
- Relevant experience in building, interior, or architectural projects, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site activities.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools; exposure to project management or site reporting software is an advantage.
