Role Summary - Community Associate We are seeking an enthusiastic and execution-focused Community Associate to drive on-ground event execution, ensuring high engagement, process compliance, and a seamless community experience across campuses.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

- Event Execution
- Plan and execute community events end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and on-ground delivery
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure 100% adherence to event processes, safety protocols, and documentation standards

- Customer Experience
- Maintain CSAT score of 4+ through engaging, well-executed events and prompt resolution of feedback
- Engagement & Participation
- Drive event participation and engagement through creative and interactive initiatives

- Vendor Coordination
- Manage vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services





- Performance Tracking
- Monitor event metrics, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in event execution or community engagement preferred
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and event tools
- Flexibility to work as per event schedules (including evenings/weekends)
