Role Description The Commi II role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will support the kitchen team in preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and portioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mise en place, operating basic kitchen equipment,



and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in all food handling and storage areas.

The Commi II will help with inventory checks, proper labelling, and waste reduction, while following instructions from senior chefs and working collaboratively with colleagues. The role also involves clear communication with team members, timely execution of orders during peak hours, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong culinary skills, including basic Cooking and Food Preparation abilities.
- Candidates should possess practical Culinary Skills relevant to a commercial kitchen environment.
- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of food safety and Hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or cinema F&B; kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines will be an added advantage.
- Basic educational qualification in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is beneficial.
