Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Vehicles Loan Sales Officer based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying and contacting potential customers for commercial vehicle loans, building relationships with dealers, transport operators, and small businesses, and explaining loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

The Sales

Officer will collect customer information and documents, coordinate with internal credit/underwriting teams, and follow up on loan applications until disbursal. The role also includes achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions,



ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and providing post-sales support to customers as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience as Loan Officers or in frontline lending roles, with a focus on commercial or vehicle loans.
- Knowledge of basic Finance concepts and understanding of loan products, interest rates, and repayment structures.
- Familiarity with Underwriting processes, including assessment of customer eligibility and risk evaluation.
- Hands-on experience handling Loans documentation, processing, and coordination with internal bank or NBFC teams.
- Exposure to SBA or similar small business lending schemes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and dealer networks.
- Comfort with field work within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, including regular visits to dealers and customer locations.
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage time efficiently, and maintain detailed records and reports.
- Basic computer literacy, including usage of spreadsheets, CRM tools, or loan processing systems.
- Prior experience in commercial vehicle finance, auto loans, or related financial services is preferred.
