Role Description The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Wadala, responsible for driving commercial leasing activities across key Mumbai locations. This role includes identifying and sourcing suitable commercial properties, managing listings, and coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants.

The Commercial Leasing

Manager will negotiate lease terms, prepare and review documentation, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and timely closures. The individual will build and maintain relationships with landlords, corporate clients,



and brokers while monitoring market trends, rental values, and occupancy rates. The role also involves maintaining accurate leasing records, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to leasing strategies that support business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong commercial real estate knowledge, including familiarity with Mumbai’s office, retail, and mixed-use markets.
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation for lease agreements.
- Candidates should possess abilities in market research, property due diligence, and analysis of rental trends and investment potential.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills for pipeline management, documentation, and coordination of multiple property transactions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or property management software.
- Relevant experience in commercial leasing, corporate real estate, or brokerage is preferred; local Mumbai market experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
