Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Photographer role based in Panaji.

The Commercial

Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots for products, campaigns, and brand assets aligned with digital marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include setting up lighting and studio environments, capturing high-quality commercial and product images, and collaborating with designers and marketers to match visual content with brand guidelines. The role also involves retouching and editing images, shooting videos, organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries,



and ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and technical standards. The photographer will participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling across various online platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong commercial photography skills, including experience with Product Photography and Commercial Photography.
- Candidates should possess solid technical expertise in Lighting, with the ability to design and control studio and on-location setups.
- Candidates should possess advanced post-production skills, including Image Editing and Photo Retouching.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with professional camera systems and editing software.
- Candidates should possess strong visual composition skills and an eye for detail, color, and branding consistency.
- Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills to work closely with marketing, design, and client teams.
- Candidates should possess strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in commercial or product photography is preferred.
