HIRING – COLLECTION TEAM LEADER Company: Swalasha Leasing & Finance Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pitampura (New Delhi) Department: Collections Designation: Collection Team Leader Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services Employment Type: Full time Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in Collections, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
- Prior experience in handling a collection team is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
