Role Description This is a commission-based Field Sales Intern role, structured as an internship and based on-site in Kanpur. The intern will visit prospective and existing customers, present Trimora Technologies’ products and services, and explain value propositions in clear, customer-focused terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting field meetings, gathering customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities.

The intern will support sales campaigns, assist with follow-ups, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve defined targets.



This role offers practical exposure to field sales, client communication, and market development, with performance-based commission opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers in person.

- Basic understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and interest in technology products or services.

- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records of visits and outcomes.

- Comfort with on-site work in Kanpur, including local travel to customer locations as needed.

- Enthusiasm for learning, resilience in handling rejection, and a goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting sales targets.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest and aptitude).

- Proficiency in basic computer and mobile applications for reporting, communication, and documentation.
