for COLLECTION TELE-CALLER Contact customers via dialer/phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
Negotiate for overdue payments and settlements within established guidelines.
Update customer information and payment records in the system.
Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
