Role Description This is a full-time/part-time/contractual remote role for an English Language Instructor (OET) at Khaira Education. The instructor will plan and deliver online OET-focused lessons, including Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking modules tailored to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, and conducting live classes, mock tests, and practice sessions. The instructor will provide detailed feedback on learners’ written and spoken work, monitor progress, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual and group needs. Additional tasks involve maintaining accurate learner records,



collaborating with the academic team to enhance course content, and staying updated on OET exam formats and best teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners at different levels.
- Background in Education with experience in curriculum planning, lesson design, and learner assessment.
- Excellent Writing skills for model answers, feedback reports, and learning materials tailored to OET requirements.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms, with the ability to manage interactive, engaging remote sessions.
- Familiarity with OET exam structure and criteria, preferably with prior OET preparation or test-prep experience (IELTS or similar exams is an advantage).
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a full-time remote teaching schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
