Role Description The Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the individual will manage loan repayment follow-ups, contact customers through phone and in-person meetings, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

The Collection

Executive will verify and update customer records, monitor payment status, and escalate cases according to company policies when required. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance and credit teams, preparing basic collection reports, and maintaining professional,



compliant communication with customers. The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards while working towards collection targets and supporting overall portfolio health.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control and Finance to understand lending processes, repayment terms, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Debt Collection to manage follow-ups, negotiate repayment plans, and handle overdue accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in a explicit and respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret account data, identify trends in delinquency, and support decision-making in collection strategies.
- Basic understanding of NBFC operations, personal loan products, and regulatory compliance is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, meet collection targets, and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in collections, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is advantageous.
