About Konma Iqon

Konma Iqon is the Outreach, Communications and PR wing of Konma Org, working across multiple brands, initiatives and collaborations.

Our work involves building communities, developing partnerships, managing brand presence, coordinating outreach and helping the brands we work with communicate and connect with the right audiences.

We are looking for a Community & Outreach Manager who can be the bridge between our brands and the people, communities, partners and audiences around them.

What You’ll Do

Community & Outreach

- Build and maintain relationships with communities, customers, creators, partners and relevant organisations.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives across the different brands handled by Konma Iqon.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, communities and events.
- Reach out to potential partners and stakeholders through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate meetings, conversations and follow-ups.
- Support PR activities, brand launches, campaigns, activations and events.
- Represent Konma and associated brands professionally in external interactions.

Social Media Management

- Handle and manage social media pages across multiple brands.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, creators and other stakeholders to develop content.
- Publish and schedule posts, stories, reels and other content across relevant platforms.
- Write or coordinate captions, announcements and basic brand communication.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience interactions.
- Engage with relevant communities and accounts to strengthen organic brand presence.
- Track basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.




- Ensure that each brand maintains a consistent and appropriate voice across its social channels.

Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain organised records of outreach, contacts, partnerships and follow-ups.
- Track community, outreach and social media activities.
- Provide regular updates on conversations, opportunities, engagement and outcomes.
- Understand the positioning of each brand and adapt communication accordingly.

Who We’re Looking For

You should be someone who:
- Communicates confidently and clearly.
- Has strong written and spoken English.
- Is comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
- Understands social media and is comfortable managing brand pages.
- Can write clear captions, messages and outreach communication.
- Is organised and consistent with follow-ups.
- Can manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Is curious and able to quickly understand different businesses and audiences.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions for every task.
- Is comfortable attending events, meetings and representing brands externally when required.

Experience in community management, social media, outreach, partnerships, PR, business development, events, creator relations or brand communications will be an advantage.

We are also open to promising candidates who may not have extensive experience but demonstrate solid communication, initiative, organisation and the ability to learn quickly.

You will work across the Konma ecosystem and multiple brands and initiatives handled by Konma Iqon, giving you exposure to different industries, communities, campaigns, partnerships and communication challenges.
